An open-source, multi-disciplinary journal focusing on the postcolonial nations of Central and South America, the Caribbean Islands, Africa, Asia, and Oceania, as well as the diasporas from those nations. There is a special emphasis on studies of literary works, films, and other elements of the popular cultures, but studies of political, economic, and social issues are also welcome. Refereed. Published in annual volumes that are continually updated.
